Recognizing the need for constant process and product quality, the independent Quality Control Department applies strict quality controls on castings and on all stages of the production process.

The Quality Control department owns a fully equipped laboratory with electronic spectrometer, metallurgical microscope capable of photo shooting the microstructure, stable and portable electronic harnedness tester, tensile strength machine, impact tester, ultrasound machine, device for detecting surface cracks using magnetic particles, dye-penetrant equipment etc.

The Quality Control Department performs the following inspections:

• Dimensional inspection
• Mechanical Properties Testing (Tensile strength, Hardness, impact)
• Chemical Composition Analysis
• Magnetic Particles Inspection
• Dye penetrant inspection
• Microstructure Inspection
• Control of aluminium density /control machine of density aluminium
• Ultrasound inspection

All controls are performed by certified engineers with LEVEL II for non destructive tests, ensuring the delivery of products without defects, with continuity and homogeneity in the structure according to the customer's specifications.
